How did your company start?
We established REET Co., Ltd. in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture in April 2008 with the aim to realize individual empowerment.In December 2008, we released the crowdsourcing service “Lancers”, then the head office was relocated to Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture in August 2009 because of business expansion.In May 2012, the company name was changed to “LANCERS, INC.” and in June 2013, the head office was transferred to Shibuya ward, Tokyo.

We are listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth since December 16, 2019.

When is your financial result announcement?
Our fiscal year ends at the end of March and the interim fiscal year ends at the end of September.Financial results will be announced in May and November respectively.We also disclose quarterly financial results.
When is the confirmation of Shareholder Date for dividend payment?
The confirmation of shareholder date for the year-end dividend is settled on March 31, and the confirmation of shareholder date for date for the interim dividend is September 30.

We do not provide any shareholder benefit.

When is the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held?
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is held within three months after the end of each fiscal year.The date and place of the meeting will be announced to shareholders as of March 31 at the beginning of June.
How do I exercise my voting rights at a General Meeting of Shareholders?
A notice of convocation of the General Meeting of Shareholders and a voting statement shall be sent to the shareholders listed in the shareholder registry at the end of the record date of the General Meeting of Shareholders (as of March 31 in the case of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders). Voting rights can be exercised by either of the following methods:
(1) Bring an exercise form and attend a General Meeting of Shareholders.
(2) Indicate your approval or disapproval in an exercise form and send it.
